Returns

1.1 Damaged Items:

We accept returns only for items that are damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We may require photographic evidence or further information to process your return request.

1.2 Return Authorization: Prior authorization is required for all returns. To request a return, please contact our customer support team by email at customercare@alphapromed.com or by phone at 813-439-9638. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

1.3 Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to denial or a restocking fee.

1.4 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. AlphaProMed LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

2.1 Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to, personalized or customized products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale. These items will not be eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged. All Sales Are Final: Except for damaged items, all sales made through AlphaProMed LLC are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for reasons other than damage during shipping or product defects.
